CHOCOLATE TREATS
24 miniature paper cupcake holders

Bottom Layer
1/3 Cup Smooth Diana’s Sprouted Almond Butter or you can use Peanut or Cashew butter.
2 T Coconut oil or organic butter
2 T Honey
½ tsp vanilla extract
Mix till smooth, then fill smallest cupcake liners half full
Place on a cookie sheet and set in freezer for 30 mins.
Note: If you have a small cupcake baking tray, place cupcake liners in tray, this will help candy hold its shape.

Top Layer
2 T Coconut oil or organic butter
1/3 Cup Smooth Diana’s Sprouted Almond Butter or you can use Peanut or Cashew butter
1/8 Cup Unsweetened Organic Dark Cocoa Powder
2/3 Cup chopped, Diana’s Sprouted, Any Flavor (I use Original or Blueberry)

Mix first 3 ingredients till smooth.

Take bottom layer out of freezer.

Drop the Top Layer by teaspoon on top of first layer. Take the chopped 2/3 cup of Diana’s Sprouted granola and place a generous amount on top layer.

Serve immediately or store in plastic containers layered with waxed paper between. Keep in freezer/refrigerator till ready to serve.
