If you’re like most, well… like me finding time to exercise is a challenge. With juggling work, kids, or whatever your life looks like it can be hard to find that ‘me’ time. I really enjoy being active and getting my heart pumping and setting off those endorphins but trying to fit that into my already hectic schedule is the challenge. So I found some great heart healthy exercises that anyone can squeeze into their day.
WebMD has a 60 second aerobic exercise routine you can do at your desk. It includes jumpping jacks, lunges and jump rope. I don’t know about the jump rope, that may be hazardous depending on the work environment you’re in but I think just about anyone could incorporate lunges and some jumpping jacks.
We can’t forget about Valentine’s Day. If you have a sweetie that you enjoy doing things with. Switch things up this year and do couples workout. If that’s you this could be perfect and it doesn’t have to be your partner it could be anyone you have fun with like your best friend it you’d like. Just get out there and get active!
