My aunt invited me to ride on the narrow-gauge train that runs from Durango to Silverton and back on Saturday, May 7, and in the train car was a basket of snacks, including a small bag of Diana’s Sprouted Nut & Seed Granola, original pecans and cashews variety. I had a jar of dairy free yogurt in the motel room fridge, and the next morning was shocked by how delicious this granola is! I am home now and having just finished the small bag from the train must order some ASAP. I cannot live without this granola now.
This is great sprinkled on oatmeal.
