Is Diana’s Sprouted Granola Gluten-Free?
Yes! All of our products are gluten-free. We do not use any grains, choosing to use only nuts and seeds for our high-quality formulas. Our processing facility is completely gluten-free. However, Diana’s Sprouted does not hold any certifications for being gluten-free.
What Are Sprouted Nuts & Seeds?
All of the nuts and seeds in our healthy granolas are sprouted. Essentially, the process involves soaking the ingredients for several days, allowing them to germinate and begin sprouting. They are then rinsed thoroughly, and gently dehydrated, before being toasted and used in our signature granola recipes.
